I put together an IKEA table! \o/
...it took like four hours /o\
In my defence, I must however point out that I lacked the proper tools and that it's a fold-out table. When I started, I thought it was basically screwing on the legs. Oops?
In other, slightly worrying news, the two strange screws I thought were left over from table-building appears to come instead from the bathroom mirror/shelf my carpenter put up the other day. Uh-oh?

Date: 2010-11-28 10:10 am (UTC)It took ALL BLOODY DAY for the three of us! Because the instructions were weird and they were two aaaaalmost identically sized screw thingys, where the larger fit in the place for the smaller ones but not the other way around. So we had to take the blasted thing apart once we got a certain point, remove the screw-thingies and make sure they were each in the right place for their size
That bed still tands with my parents, in the same room, and they are under strict instructions to never take it apart unless they're going to throw it out.
