*scratches head* I really don't know... but if it's just the booknerd we're talking about... as far as I know, Prussia and Austria fought over having control over him (and here's where I get nerdy even though I don't know anything for sure) so _I_ think that he'd been in both their care once. Hence why he acts so familiar around Austria in the anime and just... kinda acts familiar with Prussia. Gee, in my headcanon the theory of Germany=Bavaria (mostly) according to how the author makes him act is getting more and more profound. @.@ Which would... make him a lot older than he is...
