@.@ They all kinda act like the other nations are pretty new to them. Except those who have been around a bit longer, like England, France and everybody... (Though historically speaking, Germany - as a country - IS one of the youngest, too...) I do think though that Ludwig spent too much time with his books. xD And that's why he knows nothing of other people.
